What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version

We collect what you type into our booking and project forms, and we use it to answer you and do the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and this site runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

What we collect

What you send us. When you book a visit or send a project plan: your name, phone number, email address, the property’s address or ZIP code and service area, and what you tell us about the yard — the symptoms you pick, the lines in your plan, the ballpark it showed, and any notes. Calls, texts and emails you send us directly are kept the same way.

What every browser sends. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. Our host uses that to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use it to work out who you are.

What stays on your device. The site remembers a few settings in your own browser: light or dark theme, the full or lighter version of the site, the service area you chose, and whether you have closed the welcome guide. These are never sent to us. Clearing your browser’s data for this site erases them.

How we use it

To call, text or email you about the request you sent; to schedule, price and do the work; to send estimates, contracts and invoices; and to keep the business records the law requires. We will not put you on a marketing list or send you marketing texts unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. A few companies handle it on our behalf so the site works:

• Web3Forms carries the booking form to our email inbox.
• Google runs our email and the spreadsheet where booking requests are logged. Google also supplies the site’s fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Cloudflare hosts the site.
• jsDelivr supplies the code behind the animations and the 3D seal, so your browser contacts it when those load.
• Chase processes card payments when you pay an invoice by payment link. That happens outside this site, which takes no payments.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

Our links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to those companies’ own sites, which have their own privacy policies. We do not place their trackers on our pages.

Do Not Track and cross-site tracking

This site does not follow visitors over time or across other websites, and it does not let other companies do that through our pages. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is respected automatically, because there is nothing for it to switch off.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as we need them to look after you and as long as tax and contracting rules require. If you sent a request that never turned into work, you can ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details at the bottom of this page. A few records we must keep by law — invoices for work we did, for example — and we will tell you if that applies.

California’s Consumer Privacy Act covers businesses far larger than ours, but we give everyone the same choices anyway, and we do not sell or share personal information as that law uses those words.

Security

The site only loads over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the form travels to our inbox encrypted. Nothing sent over the internet is perfectly safe, so please do not put card numbers, bank details or passwords in the form. We will never ask for them there.

Children

This site is for people looking after a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date, and what changed is listed here.
