Irrigation repair
in Folsom.
Folsom is the one city on our map where the efficiency upgrade largely pays for its own parts. The city’s Irrigation Efficiency Upgrade rebate covers half the cost of qualifying material up to $500 — and the qualifying list is exactly the work that fixes a high summer bill.

Folsom’s Irrigation Efficiency Upgrade rebate pays 50% of qualifying material cost, up to $500. Eligible upgrades explicitly include converting overhead spray to drip, replacing spray nozzles with rotary nozzles, and upgrading to a smart controller.
A $30 point-of-sale discount on Rachio smart controllers stacks with the Irrigation Efficiency rebate, and both are work we can do. Folsom also runs Cash for Grass at $1 per square foot up to $2,000 per address, limited and first come — but that is a turf removal programme, and a removal at that scale sits well past the $1,000 all-in limit we work under. It is not a job we can take. We list it because it is worth money to you, not because it is worth money to us; for that one you want a landscape contractor.
Folsom Municipal Code Ch. 13.26 prohibits irrigating lawns or landscaping between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., except drip irrigation. Note this window is different from Roseville’s, and Folsom exempts drip where Roseville does not.
Folsom is at Stage 1 (Basic). No odd/even or assigned-day schedule applies at Stage 1 — address-based schedules only begin at higher stages.
Folsom code requires leaking fixtures be repaired within five working days, unless the director requires faster.
